Return & Refund Policy
1. Exchange policy
Twance products are eligible for free replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Replacement can be done if a customer raises a request that the delivered product is damaged or defective. Please report the same to the customer service team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling at Toll-free number 1800-xxx-xxxx. A request will be considered once Twance has checked and confirmed the same at its own end.
In case a customer receives a product with a missing or faulty accessory, you will be given a replacement accessory instead of the entire product.
In case of physical damage, the customer should be reported within 24 hours of the invoice date.
Please keep the product in its original condition with brand manufacturer inner and outer box, user manual, warranty cards and accessories therein for successful return pickup.
Any products that have defects after 7 days of invoice date, please raise warranty claim or service request in authorised Twance service centre.
A product will not be replaced if physical damage is not notified within 24 hours of delivery.
A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with design or sound quality of defect free product and also any damage caused by the user such as electrical surge.
2. Refund Policy
Twance offers a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase.
Product should be unused and in the same condition as you received.
If product delivery takes 0 more time than expected (except natural disasters, acts of god, unavailability of the customer, due to logistics ) then the customer
can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
A customer can ask for a refund if delivered product attributes are not as per specifications mentioned in the website. Customer has to raise the request within 24 hours from delivering the product.
Refunds will not be initiated if the customer is not satisfied with the design/ look / sound quality of the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Delivery charge will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Following are the refund processing steps once product is received by Twance
If paid by credit or debit cards, refunds will be issued to the original card provided at the time of purchase.
In case of payment gateways, a payment refund will be made to the same account.
For Pay on Delivery or Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds
Transfer (NEFT). If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery or Cash on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account through a link sent on your email in response to your request.
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts.
3. Cancellation policy
Our focus is on customer satisfaction. In case of dissatisfaction, the customer can cancel the order after placement of the product but before the initiation process of shipping. The amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days.
No cancellation for special occasion offer products.
